On the edge of a beautiful forest area, the property is located on a southern slope, well exposed and enjoying a beautiful view.
The house is sheltered from the excesses of the mistral nearby hill.
Small trails traverse the length and breadth, enabling visitors to discover a unique view of the Rhone valley, the villages in the Drôme Provençal, the laces of Montmirail and Mont Ventoux.
In front of the house, lawned garden bordered with laurels and roses, flowers, fields of lavender and aromatic gardens. On the side, a shaded patio with two large tables to take a pleasant meal.
A barbecue and bread oven pizza is available next to the dining area.
At the end of the garden, a beautiful infinity-edge pool with spa 15x5m (large beach stones, pool depth from 1.40 to 1.70 m, access by stairs, secured by a fence standard).
From the pool you can enjoy the beautiful view over the surrounding countryside, the Mont Ventoux and the laces of Montmirail ...
Nearby, many possible activities : mountain biking, nature discovery, fossil hunting, mushroom picking ...
Next season, participation and discovery of the work area, harvest, harvesting lavender, and from November to March, digging the black truffle with the owner of the premises.
